By default webmail should be enabled for all hosted domain. There should also be at least 2 different webmail interfaces you can choose of.

Once you log in with your email address and password to the webmail it will give you an option to choose from 3 different type of webmail clients. (Horde, Squirrel Mail or Roundcube). The choice is up your personal taste.
