As part of our ongoing system enhancements and the integration of AI into our operations, we've made the decision to streamline our billing process. Going forward, all VoIP and Web Hosting services will be billed exclusively via debit order.
This change is driven by several key goals:
Lower operational costs through automation
Faster service delivery without delays caused by manual collections
Improved client experience as debt collection efforts will be fully discontinued
To make this process smooth and transparent:
Invoices are generated automatically 10 days before the end of each month
This provides a 7-day window for any billing queries to be raised
If a query is raised, your debit order will be paused until the issue is resolved
Once resolved, the system will resume billing seamlessly
