Dear Valued Client,

Thank you for your continued support and trust in MComm Technologies. Your loyalty has been instrumental in our growth, and we’re excited to share some important updates that reflect our commitment to improving our service to you.

As part of our ongoing system enhancements and the integration of AI into our operations, we've made the decision to streamline our billing process. Going forward, all VoIP and Web Hosting services will be billed exclusively via debit order.

 

This change is driven by several key goals:

  • Lower operational costs through automation

  • Faster service delivery without delays caused by manual collections

  • Improved client experience as debt collection efforts will be fully discontinued

 

To make this process smooth and transparent:

  • Invoices are generated automatically 10 days before the end of each month

  • This provides a 7-day window for any billing queries to be raised

  • If a query is raised, your debit order will be paused until the issue is resolved

  • Once resolved, the system will resume billing seamlessly

 

We also have exciting new solutions launching soon, including:

  • Social Media Management Tools

  • Intranet Dashboards for internal team collaboration

  • Advanced Technical Offerings like SD-WAN, allowing businesses to securely connect multiple office locations to a unified private network
