I hope this message finds you well.

I want to extend my apologies for any confusion caused by the recent receipt of multiple invoices. We are currently in the process of migrating our billing systems, and as a result, invoices were mistakenly sent out from both the old and new systems.

Please be advise we will issue corrected and cancelled invoices for those sent in error by end of the week.

Additionally, admin team will provide a detailed update.
