Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of questions we generally are asked by our clients.

Q: Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes we do if you have a toner Multi-Function Printer (MFP). We however do no accept ink machines.

Q: I am in a contract with my current provider but would like to upgrade?

We are able to assist to negotiate a settlement on your behalf. It is recommended that you should be more than two thirds of your period as costs will need to be absorbed in your new agreement with us.

Q: How long are your lease agreements?

Our lease agreements are 36, 48 and 60 months.

Q: Do I need to insure my machines?

Insurance is a requirement of all our finance houses for the duration of agreement. Some of our finance house do provide insurance on Harware as well.

Q: Is there a discount on early settlement?

Generally yes but this solely at the discrestion of the finance house.

Q: Do you provide training?

Yes we do. This is done at your premises and covers best practices and user functions.

Q: Will I pay for toners and callouts?

If you opt for our service agreement we will replace your toner and callouts will be free. (We have a fair usage policy to prevent abuse of this facility)

Q: Can I track usage or bill my clients in any way?

We have a free management software for our clients for tracking purposes. The billing portion is part of our paid solution called Papercut.

Financing Process

We will oversee and guide you steps by step through each step of this process.

Once you are happy with our proposal, we will ask you to complete our 1 page application form and supply us with your Annual Financial Statements & Management Accounts.
Once we’ve received all your documents, we will submit document to our finance house who will evaluate and supply back an approval letter.
Some of our Finance Houses also provide a finance facilty which will allow you to add addition technology products you may require going forward. This is a great as it mean you can add additional IT equipment with going through refinancing from scratch.
We will then visit your premises to assist with the final signing of contract and to discuss any queries you may have.
Delivery and istallation can at this point take place.
